Responsibilities

The Marketing & Communications team is focused on delivering brand recognition, growth, increased client loyalty and employee engagement.

As part of the Analyst program, you could be placed on one of the following teams based on business need and previous experience for a rotational experience: Growth, Securities Services & Digital Marketing, Market & Wealth Services Marketing, Communications, Corporate & Demand Marketing, Integrated Planning & Activation, Strategic Programs, Brand, Creative & Content Strategy, Events & Experiences, Digital & Data, Demand Generation, Chief Operating Office.

Marketing

Required

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program

Individuals who will be graduating in December 2024 through June 2025

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better

Well-rounded experience including demonstrated leadership skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply

Preferred

strong focus on business-related majors preferred, ideally in Marketing, Communications or a related field

students currently studying in any university in USA with majors in 'Business, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Communication, Sales, Actuarial, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Accountancy, Industrial Engineering'
