Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities
Drafting press releases, public relations pitches, and introductory letters
Supporting the creation of templated content through writing and design
Assisting with social media, digital marketing, and product marketing campaigns
Managing event logistics, such as booth set up, marketing collateral inventory, vendor research, printing, and shipping
Designing event signage, as well as drafting pre- and post-event communications
Capturing and editing short event videos for social media
Proofing and editing written collateral
Creating graphics for presentations

Required
Demonstrated skills in writing, design, and video production
Desire to develop skills in public relations and events
Proactive and organized
Experience creating content in different mediums
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or 4 years of equivalent experience
Passionate about equality, justice, and making the world a better place
Ability to undergo a successful background check
Willing to travel (approximately 10% to 15%)
Willing to meet with global team outside normal business hours
Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, journalism, and/or public relations
Preferred
Experience in MailChimp (or Constant Contact), WordPress, Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
