Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales partners and technical teams to gather detailed business requirements and deliver automated, scalable solutions to optimize marketing architecture and lead management processes.
Lead the design and implementation of marketing technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of web chat tools, marketing forms, list imports and other lead acquisition channels.
Develop and maintain marketing program templates to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in designing and implementing lead scoring models and interesting moments within the marketing automation platform.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive operational efficiencies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct requirements interviews to uncover underlying problems and prepare detailed recommendations for lead management process and system improvements.
Coordinate the integration of marketing automation platforms with our CRM, CMS, and other marketing platforms; ensuring accurate data mapping, attribution, and documentation.
Help develop and implement the data management strategy for marketing, including data enrichment via third-party tools, normalization, and overall hygiene of the database to improve lead flow and targeting.
Perform regular audits and maintain integrity of lead scoring and demand integration lead flow.
Maintain, evaluate, and enhance global form and list import strategy and opt-in compliance framework for scalability, accuracy, and to improve lead generation engagements on elastic.co.
Prepare visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows.

Required
3+ years of relevant experience, ideal candidate will have Demand Generation and Marketing Operations experience.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation software and integrations (Marketo preferred).
Salesforce experience
Proven technical knowledge of marketing technology, demand generation, and lead management processes.
Demonstrable experience implementing complex technical projects.
Commitment to rigor and execution and the ability to hold yourself accountable for deliverables.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail depending on the audience.
Data-driven decision-making using data available or defining new processes to capture data needed to drive logical decisions.
Undergraduate degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.
Comfortable working on a fully distributed team
Prior experience in high-tech
