Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Create and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Support the organization and execution of marketing events and initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Bilingual language skills (Spanish/English) preferred
