Responsibilities

Social Media - assist Director in researching and preparation of social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Writing, editing, and proofreading content - print or digital
Retrieve data from various sources for dashboards and reports
Designing graphics or advertisements when needed
Retrieve data from various databases or sources and put into dashboard(s) or spreadsheets
Photographing events when needed
Respond to marketing material requests
Monitor media alerts for mentions of Gunston Hall

Some years of work experience related to marketing and social media
Strong written and verbal skills
Demonstrated proficiency with social media - Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and with a social media platform program like a Hootsuite
Graphic Design skills including proficiency with Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro or Rush
Experience with Google Ads, Business and Analytics
Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, Teams or Power Bi
Photography, video and editing skills with phone or digital camera
Experience writing, editing and proofreading
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
