Responsibilities

Post content for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok to build brand awareness, generate traffic, and increase engagement.

Oversee all Email Marketing through Klaviyo, including copy, imagery, and proper links to all campaigns, resizing images and editing photos as needed.

Develop, define and monitor social media campaigns.

Handle day-to-day engagement with the following, responding to comments, DMs, and customer service issues via social media channels.

Work with Ecommerce director to monitor website traffic performance of social media content.

Keep up with the latest social media trends.

Create and edit original Hive and standard Ecom product descriptions.

Create and maintain company blogs with attention to SEO, grammar, images, and product specifications.

Work with customer service team to create standard responses to common questions.

Receive feedback from leaders and clients to improve content.

Create and organize press materials, samples, and assets for press tours and PR events.

Write with grammar quality, concept clarity, and use of content marketing/social media best practices.

Use SEO principles to maximize copy's reach.

Source images and other content internally or externally.

Manage and write sell sheets with the help of the marketing team.

Manage and write Digital Catalogs with the help of the marketing team.

Manage and write Press Releases with the help of the marketing team.
