Responsibilities
Collaborate with our Content and Communications Manager to execute engaging email campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and nurture sequences. Support the creation of long-form content, such as whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, to drive demand generation and lead nurturing efforts.
Partner with our Director of Demand Generation to refine and optimize growth marketing strategies. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future initiatives.
Work with our Events Manager to execute strategies for industry events and field marketing campaigns. Assist with pre-event promotion, attendee engagement, event logistics, post-event follow-ups, and measuring return on investment (ROI).
Help plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Ensure campaigns are optimized for reach, engagement, and ROI.
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns across all digital channels. Generate actionable insights to guide strategy adjustments and improve campaign outcomes.

Required
2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Ability to support leadership with strategic growth initiatives, including campaign planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with working alongside sales and BDR teams to align marketing and sales goals.
Proficiency with tools similar to HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
Proven ability to craft and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Knowledge of field marketing strategies and experience measuring and reporting on event-related campaign success.
A demonstrated ability to manage campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, email, and paid platforms.
A data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking performance, deriving insights, and iterating to optimize results.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively across teams, including content, events, and sales.
Preferred
Experience in legal tech or SaaS.
