Responsibilities

Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Provide support to the marketing team, including maintenance and organization of digital and physical marketing assets and files (brochures, newsletters, website content, etc.).

Provide support to the sales team, including regular imports and updates to the lead database.

Assist in logging/tracking prospecting activity for the sales team & client advisors.

Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement tracking.

Work with compliance on advertising review approvals.

Assist in managing the marketing calendar to ensure deadlines are met.

Field custom requests for marketing collateral, presentations, or educational client materials.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

0-2 years of related experience.

Demonstrated understanding of go-to-market strategies.

Meticulous attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials and campaigns is an absolute must.

Proficiency in Microsoft365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
