Responsibilities

Act as the Marketo administrator responsible for leveraging the latest advances across technology to implement data governance and support process improvements

Oversee day-to-day instance architecture execution work to optimize marketing and CRM technology and integrations, as well as manage operational programs, automation, database hygiene, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.

Hands-on marketing technology expert responsible for project management and execution of various business needs in a scalable and sustainable fashion

Collaborate with the global CommScope marketing, sales, and IT teams to configure and use Marketo to optimize the team’s overall marketing strategy and marketing intelligence initiatives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, IT, or a related field and eight or more years of marketing experience

Experience as a Marketo system administrator, marketing operations manager, and owner of data, technology, and process management

Proficiency in lead management, including scoring, routing, and nurturing

Experience in working with related CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and integration of leads and marketing campaigns between the CRM and Marketo

A demonstrated collaborative approach with effective internal and external communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

Resourceful disposition, leveraging all resources both internal and external to complete a project

Ability to manage and prioritize several complex projects

Proficiency in developing business cases, eliciting requirements, and implementing solution strategies with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other project team members
