Responsibilities

Develops, designs, executes and improve the Marketo roadmap.
Owns the Marketo end-to-end workflow process.
Supervises training programs, builds, and executes landing pages, email and related marketing programs.
Monitors, recommends and advises stakeholders about adjustments required to the Lead Scoring Model.
Develops Marketo metrics and monitors outcomes.
Stays aware of big ideas and innovations driving the marketing automation industry and the marketing function.
Manages and owns the Instance of Marketo as the technology administrator, leveraging its functionality to improve campaign execution and results.
Maintains the health and wellbeing of the Instance, including the management and maintenance of data.
Oversees access and management governance.
Oversees the creation, documentation and distribution of formal marketing automation processes.
Keeps abreast of new technologies and identifies gaps where we can make improvements and advances to our marketing automation strategy.
Works with external vendors and agencies to help execute our marketing automation strategy.
Responsible for planning, implementing, and sharing best practices in marketing automation.
Monitors, evaluates, and analyzes KPIs with performance dashboards and reports.
Constructs and executes test and learn programs to assess digital campaign effectiveness.
Works cross-functionally across Loftware to ensure marketing automation, governance and best practices are leveraged.
Collaborates with the Marketing to deliver marketing automation solutions and database management expertise.

Required

5+ years of relevant work experience within Marketing Automation
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred

Familiarity with MarTech tools such as Saleforce, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, LeanData, 6Sense, Drift and similar platforms (strongly preferred).
Adobe Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) strongly preferred.
