Responsibilities
Assisting with the development and deployment of prospect materials supporting Client Medicare Advantage acquisition strategy through agents. These include multi-channel print and digital marketing communication tactics.
Reviewing and contributing to key tactic deliverables, including flyers, brochures, presentations, etc., that are effective and appropriate for the intended audience.
Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal creative agency, legal and compliance teams, and business partners, representing our team and providing updates on progress of projects.
Owning and managing timelines effectively to ensure deliverables that are part of our large-scale AEP programs are to-market and in-hands of agents against strict timelines to support AEP and other election periods.

Required
3-5 years of Marketing experience
Experience in assisting with the development and deployment of marketing materials
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Agency experience or in-house agency experience
Experience with tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar
