Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client advisor for lead management, marketing campaign execution, performance analysis, and reporting.
Utilize Salesforce to run reports, analyze campaign data, and identify areas for improvement.
Manage the execution of marketing automation activities, including email campaigns and inbound lead processing using Pardot.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure leads are effectively moved through the funnel for follow-up.
Provide insightful reporting on campaign performance using Salesforce and other data sources.
Manage pre- and post-event activities, including tracking and reporting on campaign outcomes.
Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, analyzing and reporting findings to optimize conversion rates.
Analyze the performance of creative content, particularly for paid search ad copy.
Evaluate budget spend versus performance for paid search and pay-per-click advertising.
Offer recommendations on marketing tech stack improvements and data integrity enhancements.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of marketing experience with an emphasis on campaign optimization and analytics
Salesforce experience with proficiency in running reports and analyzing campaign data.
Experience executing marketing automation in Pardot, including email campaigns and lead processing.
Strong ability to manage and optimize lead flow through the funnel, collaborating with inside sales and field teams.
Proven expertise in analyzing campaign performance and generating insights from data.
Experience with landing page A/B testing and analyzing conversion data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
