Responsibilities

Create engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for various speakers to support Internal Communications efforts

Work with a provided standard template, while bringing originality and freshness to tailor speaker slide designs

Partner with executives and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create impactful presentations with quality training content

Collaborate with the Strategy, Marketing, and Communications team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall event branding

Highly-organized professional capable of coordinating multiple rounds of content drafts

Conduct editorial proofing to ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and professionally presented

Utilize strong graphic design skills to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of presentations

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

Perform other duties as assigned
