Responsibilities
Responsible for the creative development, implementation, and ongoing support of customer marketing initiatives.
Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Law, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to develop an end-to-end communications strategy.
Write and execute creative briefs in partnership with external vendors for multi-channel communications.
Provide Marketing Strategy and evaluate the effectiveness of communications and brand favorability.
Provide communications consulting, strategy development, and implementation services to internal clients.
Manage day-to-day aspects of projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related discipline.
5-7 years experience in a creative marketing role in a corporate environment and/or creative/advertising agency executing multi-channel marketing communications campaigns.
Experience using qualitative and quantitative consumer research to drive communications strategies.
Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects of moderate to complex scope.
Excellent communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders/internal clients, and agencies and tailor messages appropriate to target audience.
Solid judgment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience working in a regulated environment.
Strong project management skills.
Experience working in communications or marketing.
Experience working with Regulatory Affairs, Law, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
Experience in developing end-to-end communications strategy to help achieve program goals.
Experience in writing and executing creative briefs in partnership with external vendors.
Experience in managing, designing, and executing multi-channel communications including web/digital, direct mail, and owned assets.
Experience providing Marketing Strategy and working with customer research groups.
Experience providing communications consulting, strategy development, and implementation services to assigned internal clients.
Experience managing day-to-day aspects of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget.
