Responsibilities

Prepare and send internal and external marketing communications such as product introductions, newsletters, social media wire, etc.

Manage regional channel marketing communications with marketing, sales and sales channel partners

Write and schedule all social media posts for company social channels, including events, webinars, press releases, blogs and others as needed

Track and analyze social media trends for the company

Coordinate and oversee deadlines and submission of awards and speaking opportunities

Manage PR and media relations, including working with customers, partners and product management on press releases and the PR firm to secure coverage

Manage PR media monitoring and wire service technology and vendor relationships

Track and analyze media coverage for the company and competitors.

Aid in the development of communication materials, such as FAQs, talking points, trade show media and analyst briefing booklets, etc.

Aid in the development of customer case studies and maintain the customer reference deck

Support team members with digital marketing, campaigns and events for cross departmental continuity

Ensure AP style usage, spelling, punctuation and syntax are correct to align with brand guidelines

Set clear goals and KPIs to measure the success of marketing and communication initiatives to make data-driven decisions

Other duties as assigned
