Responsibilities

Develop and manage a content calendar across multiple channels, including blogs, white papers, solutions content, and social media (LinkedIn, X).
Build and execute strategies to position Auxo as a thought leader in the industry, utilizing content from both internal resources and our content generation partner to support sales, brand development, and market presence.
Collaborate on brand governance and maintain brand consistency across all materials. Ensure that all content, including Google Slides presentations, adheres to the Auxo brand guidelines.
Support internal communications, including employee engagement and recruiting-focused content, ensuring consistent messaging. Oversee posts that highlight company culture and employee achievements across social media platforms.
Lead strategy for social media engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter), and take over responsibilities from our social media consultant, including managing website content updates and scheduling posts.
Support go-to-market team ensuring alignment between marketing content and sales objectives.

Required

At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, with some experience working in Professional Services
Proven experience in Marketing Communications, with a focus on content creation, brand development, and managing external content partnerships.
Strong writing and content development skills across various formats (blogs, papers, social media).
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), and social media management platforms.
Metrics and data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Preferred

Experience working with content generation partners or agencies is a plus.
Experience with Demand Generation is a plus, particularly around outbound metrics and performance (e.g., open rates, engagement metrics).
Experience supporting internal communications and employee-focused initiatives.
Familiarity with brand governance and the development of brand guidelines.
Strong experience working with presentation slides, applying brand guidelines, and ensuring professional presentation materials.
Software Development/SaaS experience.
