Responsibilities
Design integrated communication and engagement plans by assessing team member and business needs, defining objectives, and collaborating with partners and creative teams.
Act as a strategist, account manager, and writer to drive impactful communication efforts:
Strategist: Craft strategic approaches and synthesize large amounts of information to create actionable plans. Focus on delivering the right message, at the right time, to the right audience.
Account Manager: Negotiate with partners, create clear briefs, and collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Editor/Writer: Develop compelling narratives and key messages for campaigns, product launches, and employee initiatives. Partner on scripts and talking points to convey a shared vision effectively.
Build trust with creative teams, confidence with business partners, and alignment with executives on global communication strategies.
Develop clear and concise briefs that define success and link directly to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Balance short-term communication needs (e.g., daily news cycles) with long-term, forward-thinking strategies.
Foster empathy and connection with our global audience of dedicated Store and RCC employees.
Lead through dynamic change, adapting to evolving roles and responsibilities while delivering results.

Required
7-10+ years of experience developing and presenting communication plans and strategies, preferably within media, publishing, PR, or advertising environments.
Expertise in how audiences consume and experience content and media.
Proven ability to anticipate business challenges and develop communication strategies that address both audience needs and business goals.
Skilled at navigating large, cross-functional organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong executional capabilities: able to move seamlessly from strategy to flawless execution.
Excellent writing skills: able to craft clear messages that drive behavior change while achieving business objectives.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, working effectively within cross-functional teams and thriving in ambiguity.
High learning agility: adept at listening, adapting, and applying insights in dynamic situations.
Experience developing global communication strategies in collaboration with international peers and leadership.
Passion for Retail and understanding of how to engage people authentically.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Editorial Writing, or a related field.
