Responsibilities

Write a variety of content to support communications and marketing efforts, including newsletters, website copy, and brochures.

Develop and implement a communications strategy to achieve company objectives.

Create compelling email communications for different audiences, such as newsletters, product surveys, and promotions.

Collaborate with Graphic Designer to develop engaging digital and print collateral.

Monitor analytics, report on marketing campaign performance, and suggest adjustments to strategies.

Manage social media accounts, review profiles, respond to comments, and perform outreach to press outlets and influencers.

Advise company Directors and Managers on public image improvements.

Ensure promotional materials align with the company's brand identity.

2 or more years of relevant experience, required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Communications, Marketing, or another relevant field

Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Must have a sharp eye for detail, copyediting skills, and a perfectionist's drive to make every piece of communication look its best

Applicants with experience and aptitude for digital marketing will thrive in this role

An analytical mind and the ability to think critically

Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong background using computers; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

Knowledge of email marketing software such as HubSpot or a similar program

Proven knowledge of communications and marketing ethics and best practices
