Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our marketing goals and brand vision.
Identify content opportunities to engage target audiences across channels, including blogs, social media, email, website, and PR.
Write, edit, and produce high-quality content such as articles, case studies, whitepapers, video scripts, social media posts, and newsletters.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to bring your content to life.
Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects Happy Returns’ playful yet professional ethos.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Partner with the broader marketing team to create content for product launches, campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Develop thought leadership pieces that position Happy Returns as an industry leader.
Monitor content performance metrics to understand what resonates with audiences.
Use insights to optimize future content strategies and achieve measurable marketing goals.
Work closely with product marketing, customer success, and sales teams to align content with business objectives.
Build relationships with external partners and influencers to amplify our content reach.
Qualification

Required
5-7 years in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role, preferably in B2B or tech environments.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Proficiency in SEO, social media trends, and content management systems.
Creative thinker who can balance big-picture strategy with attention to detail.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Preferred
Experience creating multimedia content (e.g., video scripts, webinars, podcasts) is a plus.
