Responsibilities

Ensure all content follows company brand standards and aligns with our mission and core values of kindness, wellness, innovation, and fun

Collaborate with marketing team members to develop content plans and calendars that align with the overall marketing strategy

Create engaging visuals and written content, including graphics, short videos, TikTok’s, and reels, for various social media campaigns and posts to strengthen social media presence and brand awareness

Design and prepare content for monthly staff and family newsletters

Create branded templates for schools to use, including but not limited to email campaigns, flyers, social media, and exterior signage

Research industry trends, target audience preferences, and relevant topics

Be adaptable to the constant change of the digital landscape by staying on top of new platforms, best practices, and trends

Other projects as assigned
