Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Support planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Social Media: Manage social profiles, including content scheduling, engagement, and metric analysis.
Event Support: Coordinate logistics for company events and trade shows, including materials and setup and post-event follow up.
Data Analysis: Track marketing metrics and KPIs, providing insights to improve campaign performance.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, social media posts, and promotional materials in collaboration with marketing team and graphic designer.

Required
0-3 Years' Experience: Background in marketing or related fields, with social media exposure.
Marketing Enthusiast: Passionate about marketing, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Business Acumen: Understands market dynamics and can effectively position solutions.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to identify campaign gaps and propose improvements.
Team Player: Works well independently and collaboratively.
Adaptable Learner: Quickly grasps new concepts and industries.
Efficient Multitasker: Manages time effectively under pressure.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Marketing Knowledge: Traditional, digital, content, and social media marketing.
Data Skills: Experience using data to make decisions and drive results.
Communication: Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
Preferred
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CMS, CRM tools, HTML, design, and email software preferred, but not required.
Able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
