Responsibilities
Creating content and graphics for websites, social media, online advertisements, and other digital platforms.
Developing a content strategy that includes blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media content.
Managing social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
Editing and optimizing video for different platforms (e.g., social media, websites, email campaigns) by adjusting formats and lengths.
Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
On-Page SEO: Optimizing website content, meta tags, images, and internal links to improve search engine rankings.
Designing materials for print, such as literature, brochures, banners, and other communications.
Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Must be punctual and adhere to attendance standards.
Responsible for onsite duties as assigned.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or other related fields is required.
1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist or related role is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments, vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
Project management and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
Strong computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.
Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs, and features.
Knowledgeable in web page development or graphic design.
Knowledgeable in email and marketing database campaigns.
Knowledgeable in social media platforms and algorithms.
Knowledgeable in sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Knowledgeable in managing and leading SEO/SEM.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Video editing skills.
Use of AI tools.
Strategic thinking.
Ability to demonstrate qualities aligned with our core values of honesty, integrity, communication, and collaboration.
Interpersonal skills are critical, as this position requires extensive communication with employees with varying backgrounds and levels of management.
Clear and valid driver’s license is required.
Must be able to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card from the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (Illinois employees only).
