Responsibilities
Assist in preparing information and materials for submittals, presentations, and proposals.
Compile photographic, proposal, and firm credential files.
Develop brochure materials and prepare for team presentations.
Implement brand guidelines into all projects.
Attend and support project meetings, providing comprehensive recaps and next steps.
Support marketing efforts by collating and distributing daily client status reports.
Assist in obtaining client approvals during all project phases.
Track expectations on timing and budget, notifying supervisor of relevant fluctuations.
Maintain contact with internal clients to ensure project completion and seek feedback.
Coordinate marketing functions or special events.
Participate in marketing training sessions to enhance marketing knowledge.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related degree required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, technical writing, and creative writing as well as proofreading and editing.
High level of attention to detail.
