Responsibilities
Works in conjunction with Marketing Project Managers to execute tasks for a variety of marketing projects in the queue
Monitors and facilitates the daily creative process of projects for a range of audiences
Provide detailed updated to Marketing Project Managers and other stakeholders
Works with designers and copywriters to create materials, make changes to existing materials, manage collateral and design files
Assists in collecting data and organizing reports and other files for regional and national marketing campaigns
Manage ad hoc and recurring internal department projects and upkeeping department documents
Works in conjunction with Marketing Traffic Manager on front and back-end production of projects
Ensures team members have the supplies and resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget
Works with production vendors on the upload and auditing of new and revamped material
Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, project management, or related field preferred
2+ years of project coordinator or marketing coordinator or relatable experience
Healthcare/Radiology industry experience a plus
Marketing agency, or in-house corporate marketing team experience a plus
