Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, supporting the team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Plan, create, and publish content across all social media platforms, including paid campaigns, enhancing brand awareness and engagement.
Write, design, and update digital content for the website, eDMs, blog posts and internal communications based on industry best practice.
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support the seamless execution of digital campaigns, ensuring effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
Provide support for digital marketing projects and initiatives, including tracking project timelines, maintaining campaign documentation, and assisting with asset management.

Required
Previous experience in a marketing coordinator role.
Positive attitude and self-motivated with a can-do attitude plus a passion and pride for the work you produce.
Strong time management skills, highly organized and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including high attention to detail.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Meta Ads Manager, social and email marketing tools, and basic graphic design software like Canva.
Monday.com or similar experience necessary
Preferred
SEO and Google Analytics experience are highly beneficial.
Previous travel industry experience highly desired but not necessary.
An interest in working as part of a busy globally dispersed team, openness to learning and a can-do, positive attitude.
