Responsibilities
Support brokers in branding and listing marketing efforts
Manage and book company ads, ensuring deadlines are met for both digital and print advertising
Coordinate and set up company events and sponsorships
Oversee the organization and inventory of marketing materials
Manage social media accounts and digital advertising campaigns
Create and distribute newsletters and blog posts
Maintain and learn various marketing systems and tools
Present materials and content internally for promotion and training purposes
Maintain positive relationships with fellow staff, brokers, and external vendors

Required
Must live or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance from Avon, CO.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience managing multi-step projects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently.
