Responsibilities
Building and maintaining various weekly/monthly reports for distribution (including internet sales reporting, service offers, etc.)
Assisting in organizing and processing advertising invoices (for third-party vendors, media, production, etc.)
Maintaining and updating account information on rep management sites
Assist with general administrative tasks
Providing assistance with Google Business Profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Highly organized
Proficient in excel
Attention to detail is a must
