Responsibilities
Prioritizes and schedules projects in anticipation of delivery dates
Ensures project assignments are delegated and communicated
Participates in planning meetings by providing marketing team updates and documenting changes, edits, and approvals
Notifies marketing leadership of project status and communicates when a project is at risk
Updates and documents activities to project management software and shared information technology projects such as Microsoft SharePoint
Responds to questions and inquiries from clinic managers, physicians, and physician office staff
Tracks and documents requests and communicates expected deliverables
Develop and maintain relationships with multiple vendors, agencies and printers
Schedules and coordinates delivery of final materials
Captures, documents, and communicates campaign objectives, goals and preferred media channels from physician offices
Collects and organizes artwork, assets, and branding materials
Sends and receives creative layouts in correspondence with physician offices to gather feedback and approval
Proofs all drafts to ensure branding and changes have been applied and meet quality standards
Oversees version control protocol and ensures all materials are current
Manages vendor payment processing via computer based procurement systems
Coordinates mailings, printing and binding of materials
Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising communications or closely related field is required.
Requires broad knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies and some data analysis.
Familiarity with mail and print vendors and technology a plus.
Minimum of three years of marketing experience.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Strong customer service orientation with can-do attitude, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Must be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines is required.
Ability to handle multiple projects with short timeframes, to meet deadlines, and to deliver promised materials in a timely manner is required.
Must be a team player who conveys a positive attitude every day and can integrate and interact well into a diverse group culture.
Exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment is required.
Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office and Internet is a must.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
