Responsibilities

Directing divisional graphic artist on the direction/message of marketing collateral.

Coordinating Realtor functions and community events.

Assisting Sales Team in creating new marketing venues/ideas.

Assisting Sales Team in assessing marketing needs and developing individual marketing plans.

Reviewing, prioritizing projects, and monitoring project completion with graphic artists.

Interviewing new and existing media and signage vendors, analyzing processes best suited for Company objectives, obtaining and analyzing price quotes, and recommending courses of action.

Strategizing effective media plans, negotiating media contracts, creating & analyzing marketing flowchart/job list, buying media, and tracking successful delivery of ads.

Analyzing marketing budget and ensuring accuracy of monthly marketing expenditures.

Analyzing internet and sales center traffic.

Coordinating new model sales center set up, organizing grand opening events, recommending and executing Grand Opening marketing plans.

Coordinating activities, acting as a liaison between sales managers and vendors, verifying marketing invoices, updating community signage and sales center collateral.

Coordinating/updates sales subscriptions/dues/awards, coordinating with Ad Agency on special events, purchasing promotional items, and assisting with special projects as requested.

Required

4-year degree in Marketing or related field preferred coupled with 2-3 years experience.

Creative thinker and problem solver

Self-motivated with persuasive, enthusiastic and customer-service oriented personality and good negotiation and organizational skills; detail-oriented aptitude.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of organization.

Decisiveness and good judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills.
