Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and campaigns through internal and external collaboration.
Manage the marketing onboarding for new hires, providing resources, training, and exceptional support for a smooth transition.
Execute various marketing tasks, including social media design, print design, email campaigns, and event support.
Support graphic designers with design overflow and template changes.
CRM assistance with databases, content and campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to meet project deadlines.

Required
Strong ability to present to medium sized groups on regular basis.
Experience with marketing methodologies and event planning.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Thorough knowledge of top social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to meet deadlines and department performance standards.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a fast-paced workflow.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred
Basic knowledge and understanding of Canva or Adobe suite programs highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years' marketing experience preferred.
Experience working in the mortgage industry advantageous.
