Responsibilities
Brief graphic designer on sales/marketing content projects
Update and maintain product imaging across retail content syndication tools, such as IXOne and One World Sync
Execute updates to sales master price list
Lead tradeshow planning and execution to build an exceptional experience for customers and consumers
Monitor product reputation across ecommerce platforms and leverage insights to optimize digital shelf content
Publish new content and ensure accurate product images/information across website and all ecommerce channels (Amazon, Walmart.com, iHerb, Target, Kroger, Instacart)
Coordinate sample requests for sales customer meetings
Maintain digital asset management platform (Photoshelter)
Assist with Shopify website maintenance and updates
Stay current on marketing, ecommerce and retail trends

Required
Highly organized, proactive individual with a knack for multitasking and execution
Strong attention to detail
Keen sense of creativity
High degree of comfort working in a team environment
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
3-5 years relevant marketing and project management experience (CPG industry experience preferred)
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Empowered and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves and act with a healthy sense of urgency
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Personal initiative and willingness to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
