Responsibilities
Track public leads using online subscription services, prepare Go/No Go summaries for project leads, and develop outreach plans for Project Managers.
Create and deliver qualifications packages, write, edit, and update the firm’s boilerplate materials.
Provide support in content creation, design, and coordination for marketing interviews and presentations.
Assist in the development of various marketing materials such as brochures, award submissions, email blasts, and presentations.
Support the firm’s business development activities, enter and update project data within the marketing database.
Coordinate marketing special events.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
At least 2 years in a relevant position, ideally with an architectural, engineering, or general contractor firm
Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures
Solid analytical skills for developing audience-focused materials
Expertise in creating qualifications packages from start to finish
Strong skills in writing and graphic layout/design
Proven ability to understand and translate technical information
Talent for juggling multiple deadlines and working closely with others
Knowledge of green buildings issues is highly beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign
Experience with database and CRM systems, Deltek preferred
Location: This is a hybrid position located in Los Angeles, California
Preferred
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (DVP)
Experience in creating marketing materials such as brochures, award submissions, email blasts, and presentations
Knowledge of green buildings issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
