Responsibilities
Write, design, and prepare materials for high-quality proposals, qualifications, and interview decks.
Manage the proposal process ensuring accurate communication of firm experience and qualifications while adhering to graphic and brand standards.
Work with market leaders to identify leads and maintain client relationships through various activities.
Support communications, public relations, content marketing, and brand strategy through coordination, writing, and event planning.
Maintain project leads and client contacts using Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).
Research global and industry-wide trends, competitors, target clientele, projects, potential markets, and political and economic environments.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
3 or more years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications field, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries.
Proven work history in an office or similar environment.
Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign experience is required for this role; additional Creative Suite experience is helpful, but not required.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience is required.
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, technical writing, and creative writing as well as proofreading and editing.
Ability to work independently, multi-task/manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve successful results within project deadlines.
Positive attitude, resourceful nature, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred
Prior experience in the AEC industry.
Interest in working in a dynamic global design environment with a diverse range of public assembly building types, including sports venues, convention centers, and transportation facilities.
Microsoft Dynamics experience helpful, but not required.
