Responsibilities
Plan and execute organic social media calendar, including copywriting, scheduling, audience engagement, and collaboration with sponsors, artists, and organizations.
Ideate and create quality content that brings The Other Art Fair brand to life on organic social channels before, during and after each Fair.
Edit video and audio, design promotional assets, and implement SEO best practices to maximize reach and visibility.
Leverage insights from content marketing trends to improve performance, focusing on generating excitement around the Fair, driving ticket sales, highlighting artists and encouraging community engagement.
Assist with managing influencer collaborations and delivering insights from organic social results to inform strategy.
Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge strategies and the creation of relevant, high-performing content.
Assist with building and deploying email marketing campaigns to engage artists, audiences, and industry stakeholders.
Manage event updates, ensuring timely and accurate information is reflected on the website.
Collaborate with the marketing and the broader cross-functional The Other Art Fair team to create and implement web updates that encourage newsletter sign-ups and engagement.
Assist overseeing ticketing systems, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
Support the team in gathering and analyzing data across marketing channels, including email, social media, website performance, partner collaborations, artist engagement, and ticket sales.
Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve performance across channels.

Required
2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in content creation, including video editing, comfort with voice recordings/voiceovers, audio editing, and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Expertise in social media strategy and platform-specific trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Spotify.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging for diverse audiences.
Experience in email marketing, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, and analytics.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to customer service.
Basic knowledge of website management systems (e.g., WordPress) and an understanding of user experience principles.
Strong understanding of SEO and digital content optimization.
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and similar platforms.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with the art and/or events industry, as well as a passion for creative industries.
