Responsibilities
Collaborate across business units on multi-platform strategies, tactics, and outcomes.
Work closely with internal Sales and Marketing leads to develop and implement social strategies and campaigns.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with external vendors, agencies, and consultants.
Optimize social media management resources for publishing, reporting, advertising, listening, and day-to-day upkeep.
Map customer journeys across full funnel digital activations.
Achieve social media marketing KPIs and develop timely reports.
Champion all social media efforts to develop compelling content for daily posting schedules.
Monitor, respond, and/or funnel in-bound inquiries to the sales regions and other departments.
Copywrite and edit for all channels and assets using a clear and consistent voice.
Curate sales spotlights and customer success stories for social media accounts and brand websites.
Cultivate customer-generated content pipelines, image and video libraries.
Coordinate video and photo production, editing, and setup with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Facilitate KOL and influencer marketing opportunities.
Craft messaging, artwork outlines, and creative briefs for print and digital advertising campaigns.
Promote and maintain appropriate, positive public relations for the brands.
Draft product profiles, press releases, announcements, blog posts, and other materials.
Coordinate and support the development of trade show marketing materials.
Maintain print literature libraries and digital asset libraries.
Launch and establish new social media programming.
Conduct keyword research and optimize all written content for social media and websites.
Drive social media lead generation to e-commerce, direct sales, and dealer channels.
Track, measure, and report on social and web traffic results.
Coordinate e-commerce sales, referral, and promotional programs.
Support ongoing development and improvements to the e-commerce and brand websites.
Research, plan, and present recommendations for trade shows, events, and advertising opportunities.
Implement approved trade show, event, and advertising plans and projects.
