Responsibilities
Providing the production of professional level responses to RFPs, RFQs, presentations, and other marketing documents.
Managing proposal process including working with technical staff to develop proposal milestones and maintain deadlines.
Conducting presentation rehearsals for interview and capability presentations; developing and providing materials for the presentation meeting.
Keeping marketing materials, resumes and project data up to date.
Development of marketing collateral including project resumes, project profiles, and brochures.
Providing graphic design support for proposals, presentations, and collateral materials.
Monitoring and participating in lead tracking, pre-marketing activities, and client/competitor/industry research.
Managing project photography.
Mentoring junior-level staff.
Database administration and maintenance which will involve research, writing/editing, and data entry.
Supporting Pond’s participation at key industry and client events. Collaborating with administrative staff and technical professionals, providing support for conferences and tradeshows.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
3 - 8 years of marketing experience, AEC industry preferred.
Proficiency in latest versions of InDesign and other Adobe software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional and demonstrated writing and editing skills a must.
Ability to set and manage deadlines within a team; be a self-starter.
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.
Preferred
Experience with CRM programs preferred.
