Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CMO to design and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage Allermi’s social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and posting, to maintain an engaging and consistent presence.
Coordinate with our team of allergists and doctors to source compelling and educational content.
Regularly update and optimize the content calendar for visibility and usability across the team.
Source, create, organize, and manage a library of creative assets, including graphics, videos, and photography.
Ensure creative assets are high-quality, aligned with brand guidelines, and readily accessible for team use.
Work with external designers, photographers, or agencies to create additional assets when needed.
Maintain an efficient system for cataloging and updating creative resources.
Research, identify, and build relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and potential brand partners.
Assist with outreach efforts, campaign coordination, and ongoing communication with influencers and partners.
Help design and execute partnership campaigns, ensuring deliverables are on time and aligned with campaign goals.
Track and report on campaign performance to evaluate ROI and inform future efforts.
Own and manage the ClickUp platform, ensuring all tasks, projects, and initiatives are clearly documented and effectively tracked.
Collect updates from team members, monitor deadlines, and proactively address any bottlenecks or delays.
Develop workflows and systems to improve team productivity and accountability.
Facilitate regular check-ins to ensure progress on marketing initiatives and maintain alignment across departments.
Assist in coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising efforts.
Track performance metrics and provide detailed reports to measure the success of campaigns.
Suggest data-driven improvements for optimizing campaigns and maximizing results.

Required

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in DTC/E-commerce marketing
You’re a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing.
You have a knack for balancing creativity with attention to detail.
You have experience in social media management, influencer partnerships, or content creation.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems
Familiarity with project management tools (like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
