Responsibilities

Support the growth team with analysis to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.

Assess and explore raw and logical data sources from multiple streams.

Ability to manipulate and structure data into ingestible datasets for multiple purposes including but not limited to analytics, modeling, and reporting.

Be involved in multiple projects including dataset development and other ADHOC and BAU tasks.

Ability to test and verify outputs before publishing.

Work closely with people from the Acquisitions Marketing team, Central Data Office, Finance, and multiple other teams.

Required

At least 2 years of experience in data analytics and preferably marketing analytics.

Strong knowledge of SQL is essential. Python and R are a plus that would add significant value.

Have a good understanding of digital marketing and above the line marketing concepts and practices and customer acquisition. Understand the cycle of how marketing works from top of the funnel to the lower funnels to actual customer acquisition and the efforts involved.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Knowledge of working with visualization tools as Tableau or MS Power BI is essential.

Strong business acumen.

Good communication skills is essential.

Ability to provide actionable insights from the data. Ability to read between the lines and understand what data trends and outputs indicate in relation to reasons behind any red flags, or any opportunities that need to be called out and highlighted.

Have a Tertiary degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or any related qualification.
