Responsibilities
Review and verify entered data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data standards.
Prepare data for CRM imports, including cleaning, validating, and formatting records.
Identify and resolve deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies to ensure high-quality data.
Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and objectives.
Assist with special projects, particularly those involving cleaning and validating large datasets with precision.
Utilize available tools to manage workload and meet deadlines consistently.
Validate and update existing records to ensure data integrity and standardization.
Research and resolve potential duplicate records while adhering to naming and address conventions.
Demonstrate strong research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
Show initiative by working independently and collaborating effectively within a team.
Develop and maintain individual plans and goals that align with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives.

Required
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
Ability to work remotely and independently with a reliable internet connection.
Proven ability to think independently and solve problems effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, functions, formulas, and macros.
Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and retain information effectively.
Experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Creative, collaborative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and work effectively across teams and departments.
