Responsibilities

Maintain marketing database content in Deltek Vantagepoint

Maintain contacts in Deltek and assist the Communications team with updates to email campaign recipient lists

Support quality control efforts of marketing data within Deltek and OpenAsset

Mine data from media and internal sources and add to database systems

Identify potential system improvements to the database to create better reporting and marketing processes

Run reports from Deltek and assist with analyzing resultant information

Support the maintenance of Marketing Power BI Dashboards

Add new OpenAsset Records and import content into OpenAsset

Improve OpenAsset usability through keywords and tagging

Build basic qualifications and presentations

Support internal training on marketing data processes and best practices

Identify and carry out special projects as needed
