Responsibilities

Lead Qualification: Review and respond to inbound leads generated through marketing efforts, including content downloads, webinar registrations, email inquiries, and social media engagement.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaigns, buyer personas, and content strategies to ensure effective lead qualification and follow-up.
Lead Nurturing: Engage with prospects who have shown interest but are not yet ready to buy. Provide valuable insights and content to nurture them through the sales funnel.
CRM & Marketing Automation: Use CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) to track lead activity, score leads, and automate personalized follow-up messages.
Follow-up Strategy: Develop and execute follow-up strategies for different types of inbound leads based on engagement level, interests, and marketing activity.
Meeting Scheduling: Schedule discovery calls or meetings with qualified leads for senior sales representatives or consultants.
Data-Driven Approach: Analyze inbound lead performance, engagement data, and conversion rates to provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Content Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s content offerings (blog posts, white papers, case studies) to recommend the most relevant resources to prospects.

Required

2-5 years of experience in inbound sales, lead qualification, or marketing-related roles, ideally in B2B consulting, software/technology, or professional services.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, including content marketing, SEO, and lead nurturing.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and understand their business challenges.
Analytical skills to assess lead quality and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve alignment and maximize the impact of inbound leads.
Strong writing skills to create personalized and effective follow-up emails.

Preferred

Experience with HubSpot as a CRM and marketing automation tool.
