Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services.
Oversee and manage all marketing campaigns, including traditional, digital, and social media initiatives.
Collaborate with the leadership team to establish marketing objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional initiatives.
Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging content across various marketing channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical practices in marketing activities.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Extensive knowledge of marketing principles, market research, and data analysis
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
Proficient in using marketing software and analytics tools
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Proactive, creative, and innovative thinker, with the ability to generate and implement new ideas to drive marketing success
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and use market data to make informed marketing decisions
2 years prior people and program management experience. Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire others in a remote setting
Preferred
Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Adobe Suite Expertise
Experience with Canva and Calendar programs
Social media platform experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
