Responsibilities
Be a trusted marketing partner for 2-3 clients
Own day-to-day client communications and build positive, productive relationships with Senior Managers within client organizations
Lead the Marketing plan creation process for clients in partnership with Marketing Services leads (Media Directors, Marketing Strategist)
Contribute in the development of new processes and best practices to ensure consistent delivery from the Marketing Services department across the Hero client portfolio
Mentor Marketing Engagement Managers through executive sponsorship on their accounts to grow their skills and improve in their ability to lead a team and be a valuable client advisor
Lead modeling and forecast projects to set appropriate goals and identify potential improvement areas within marketing and sales team activities
Serve as project manager by running internal and external status meetings, being accountable for the quality of our marketing outputs, managing all tasks (Jira), resourcing/staffing, managing engagement documentation, and more
Understand all digital marketing disciplines to provide a point of view on standard methodologies and solutions
Partner closely with Client Services to lead programs and deliverables including client reviews and approvals
Provide internal team leadership and provide appropriate insight into client’s strategic business initiatives to lead performance planning and tracking
Drive program performance and demonstrate understanding of data analytics tied to client KPIs and business outcomes
Manage account financials, forecasting, media reconciliation and client profitability

Required
7+ years of experience managing paid media and/or marketing automation programs either at an agency or as part of an internal marketing team
Familiarity with all channels of digital marketing including paid search, programmatic, paid social, marketing automation, and site direct partnerships
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and client contacts for large scale programs, including strong task based management
Experience defining a marketing campaign strategy and leading a team to execute a plan based on that strategy
Analytical thinker with the ability to understand performance marketing data and well-versed in tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce and Tableau (or similar web analytics, CRM and BI tools)
Comfortable providing clear direction and direct feedback to a team in order to deliver high performing marketing campaigns
Well organized and enjoy developing new processes to improve efficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Real passion for brands, digital marketing, communications and technology
Preferred
Certifications are a plus but not required in areas such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.
