Responsibilities
Represent clients at events by effectively communicating their brand message and value propositions to customers.
Engage with event attendees to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about products or services.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop communication strategies that drive customer engagement and support sales initiatives.
Assist in organizing and promoting company events, ensuring cohesive communication before, during, and after events.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing communications or a similar role, with a focus on customer-facing communications.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
Experience in event management and coordination, is a plus.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
