Responsibilities
Develop and implement patient engagement campaigns to drive awareness, participation, and retention in TimeDoc's CCM, RPM and BHI programs.
Create personalized communication strategies to improve patient adherence, satisfaction, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the Care Team to identify opportunities to engage patients across the patient journey.
Monitor and analyze patient feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies.
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, social media, and direct mail.
Partner with the clinical team to ensure all marketing materials are compliant with healthcare regulations and reflect patient needs accurately.
Develop engaging and informative content for marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that educates and resonates with our target audience.
Manage the company's website and patient portal content to ensure ease of access and a seamless user experience.
Use SEO strategies to improve patient education resources and online visibility.
Develop and manage a social media presence to foster community and promote health-related initiatives.
Support product marketing efforts by creating compelling messaging, positioning, and sales collateral for our solutions.
Develop product-related content, such as product guides, feature announcements, and demo scripts, to support sales enablement.
Design and produce sales collateral, including brochures, data sheets, and presentations, to support the sales team's efforts.
Ensure sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.

Required
2+ years of marketing experience with a focus on event planning, content development, product marketing, or sales collateral creation
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content
Experience with B2B Marketing and Engagement platforms, e.g. HubSpot, Outreach, Cured, and SalesForce
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Customer-centric - always seeks to optimize customer ease of access/experience.
Highly collaborative; proven track record of working effectively as part of an experienced, diverse team and successfully advocating for strong ideas.
Preferred
B2B experience in the healthcare space preferred
