Responsibilities
Social Media & LinkedIn Content Creation
Research industry topics and trends to craft compelling, relevant content.
Bring new ideas to refresh our social media posts and create dynamic content.
Collaborate with consultants and the sales team to develop engaging LinkedIn posts and other social media content that resonates with our audience.
Help manage social media calendars and track performance metrics.
Work with internal teams to create impactful customer success stories that highlight the value of our solutions.
Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Write, edit, and publish insightful blogs to enhance our online presence and showcase expertise.
Research around our industry events and conferences to identify sponsorship opportunities.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing our events, ensuring seamless delivery.
Take on additional marketing projects as needed, such as competitive analysis, campaign reporting, or basic graphic design assistance.

Required
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing, with a passion for social media and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling content.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic situations.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple projects.
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while staying aligned with team goals.
Ability to motivate themselves to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Preferred
Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
Knowledge of our industry (IT solutions) is a plus.
