Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the financial services division in North America in line with overall marketing and business strategies.

Understand the financial services industry and establish a thought leadership program to enhance HCLTech's market position.

Drive client acquisition, accelerate deal life cycles, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

Enhance client retention and expand market share through account-based marketing campaigns focusing on relationship-building.

Consistently measure and track program performance to evaluate Marketing's impact on the business.

Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, set clear goals, and foster a high-performance culture.

Collaborate with various business units, executive teams, and global marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities and best practices.

Required

12-15 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in B2B environment. Global experience preferred.

Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing and working closely with business stakeholders.

Confident in influencing Marketing ideas with sales and operating leadership teams in the region.

Collaborative influencing and leadership skills, as evidenced by the ability to motivate and build consensus and partnerships.

Excellent in communications with internal stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

Adept in program and project management with attention to detail.

High tolerance for ambiguity and exhibits confidence in taking risks.
