Responsibilities
Define and drive the creation of an unmet need market opportunity roadmap and innovation pipeline to meet our companies’ strategic objectives.
Collect and analyze new opportunities coming from start-up, ventures, and companies. Synthesis these findings in strategic plan recommendations.
Create and own strategic project charters cross-functionally to develop and validate market opportunities.
Drive and guide customer insights collection, through VOC and secondary market research to identify and validate market opportunities and unmet needs.
Organize customer and sales ideation sessions and validate our pipeline to ensure we develop close to the market needs.
Create and validate new concept and product requirements with customers and sales to capture the market opportunity.
Develop the business cases to drive investment decisions.
Be the market opportunity go-to person for the organization, driving and owning all marketing related deliverables for these new areas.
Define and execute the annual strategic marketing plan aligned with the regions.
Develop and create internal and external collaterals.
Establish strong working relationships across functions to garner feedback and ensure internal voices are captured and influence product needs as appropriate.
Establish and maintain partnerships with key customers.
Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, start-ups, and third-party vendors to enhance product offerings and market positioning.

Required
Solid product management experience in the medical device industry.
Ability to translate analytical and strategic thinking into actionable plans for the teams.
Remote work experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally for 50% of the time.
Master degree, preferably in Business, Science or Marketing and/or MBA OR equivalent experience.
Preferred
Strong experience in medical device healthcare or healthcare informatics.
