Responsibilities
Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass digital, retail, and traditional marketing (OOH, email, SMS, etc) to promote sub-prime lending
Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the sub-prime lending and credit space.
Work closely with partners in retail, compliance, and product teams to understand objectives, develop strategies, gain alignment and execute initiatives.
Establish relationships with strategic marketing partners to grow expand our customer reach and optimize partnership mix to best achieve KPIs.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop, manage, and optimize marketing spend, ensuring spend drive positive business results.
Be contributing member of a team of marketing professionals which fosters a culture of creativity and accountability.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of marketing experience, with experience in money service businesses / sub-prime lending
Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing, retail marketing, and traditional marketing strategies
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media, and analytics tools
