Responsibilities

Investigate assumptions and explore new opportunities to develop impactful marketing programs.

Optimize programs for revenue, engagement, and retention by leveraging feedback and data.

Present programs to internal stakeholders and contribute to go-to-market plans.

Facilitate regular check-ins with partner teams, drive postmortem analysis, and manage meeting schedules.

6 to 10 years of experience in consumer entertainment/games marketing, sales, or retail.

Minimum 10 years of experience in entertainment marketing, negotiation/communication, and organization.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.

Ability to create competitive marketing strategies.

Strong organizing and project management skills.

Collaboration with internal partner teams like Marcom, Store, 3rd Party Marketing, Game Pass.

Quick problem-solving skills by understanding the gaming ecosystem.

Adaptability in thinking and execution.
